West-side outdoor tables get a covered backup in writing.
/coverage is the zone map. /east-side is a dedicated crossing. This blog note is the covered room we name before anyone sets a Kohala lava-terrace table.
Outdoor tables on the west side always have a written indoor backup. Hard sun and afternoon wind are the usual reason — not a surprise at 4 p.m.
East side is a dedicated day, not a same-day Kona–Hilo fantasy — /east-side. The backup is a room, not a tent we do not own.
Send the address type on /quote. If the house has no covered fallback, we say so in the inquiry reply.
