Not a dinner, not a wedding — the villa party is its own format: pupus circulating, a station or two, the bar cart working, nobody seated for long.
The format
Pupu service and stations from the event band, bar cart from $725 per four hours, servers on the $55 hourly line. Ten to seventy-five guests staffed; the rental’s house rules on events are confirmed before we quote.
House rules first
Many Big Island rentals restrict events — we confirm what your property allows before quoting a party format. Where the house caps the guest count, the quote respects the cap.
Questions, answered
Yes — stations and pupus work poolside with proper setup. Glass near water is swapped for the right ware; the quote notes it.
