How east-side service actually runs
With lead time, east-side work is regular: early load-in, shopping split between Kona and Hilo-side suppliers, and for multi-day programs, a chef-in-residence arrangement from $950 a day that usually beats the daily drive. The written quote states the logistics as readable lines.
