Alcohol, answered carefully.
Liquor rules in Hawaiʻi are county-level and real. The honest answer is structured: what we pour, what you supply, and where the lines sit.
The working model
Most private events run on host-supplied alcohol with our bartenders or the bar cart providing service — you buy the bottles (or we buy at cost with receipts), we serve them professionally. The written quote states which model applies and why.
The compliance line
Selling alcohol requires licensing; serving host-supplied alcohol at a private event in a private residence is a different matter. Where a format drifts toward sale — tickets, public admission, cash bars — we tell you it needs a permitted structure, and we do not book it as-is.
The bar cart
The packaged cart runs from $725 per four hours, staffed, with the alcohol model written into the quote. Wine pairings for coursed dinners are quoted per bottle at cost.
Questions, answered
We can purchase at cost with receipts as a provisioning service and serve it at your private event — the quote documents the arrangement so everyone, including the county’s rules, is respected.
