We cook. We clean. We go.
“We cook. We clean. We go.” is a spec, not a slogan. Here is exactly what the kitchen looks like when we leave.
The standard
- Cooking equipment washed, dried, put away — during service, not after midnight
- Counters, range, and sink left service-clean
- Leftovers packed, labeled, refrigerated
- Trash and recycling handled to the property’s house rules
- Rental items counted and staged for pickup
What “service-clean” means
The kitchen returns to the state your rental agreement expects — typically better than check-in. Deep cleaning beyond service use (a week of family cooking before we arrived, say) is the house’s, honestly.
Why it is in writing
Cleanup is the number-one anxiety in first-time bookings and the easiest to contract away. The standard above appears in every event spec, so it is owed to you, not hoped for.
Questions, answered
Yes — the wash-up runs continuously through service. When dessert lands, most of the kitchen is already done.
