The Chef's Table.
The top of the published card: a coursed, chef-narrated progression at $275–$400+ a guest, run in your villa kitchen and served course by course at the counter or the table.
The format
Seven-plus courses, sequenced with the chef. The menu is written after a conversation about what you eat and what the island is producing that week — then priced inside the published tier, not invented per plate.
Quoted, not teased
The $275–$400+ band is real and published. Where the menu lands inside it depends on courses, proteins, and party size — and the written quote fixes the number before you commit. A 50% deposit locks the date, only after you have seen the numbers.
Questions, answered
Yes, with the from-$75 travel line outside the corridor, or as a written quote for east-side estates. The format travels; the pricing honesty travels with it.
