Cooking classes, at your counter.
A hands-on session in your rental kitchen: knife work, island ingredients, and a dish you cooked yourself — with the option of a chef-cooked dinner after the aprons come off.
What a class covers
Sessions run two to three hours and are built around what is actually good that week — Kona coffee service, Hāmākua mushrooms, the day’s fish. Groups of two to eight work best; bigger groups become chef-led stations, quoted as an event.
Pricing posture
Classes are quoted per group from the published staffing and chef lines — no invented per-head ticket. Many groups book the class plus a Date Night or CORE dinner for the evening.
Questions, answered
Yes — family classes are the most-booked format. We set a menu with real jobs for small hands and a meal everyone eats at the end.
