Gated access, handled
Hualālai, Kukio, and Kohanaiki run on referrals — access comes through your host, estate manager, or concierge, and we coordinate entry, parking, and kitchen walk-through directly with them. The referral is the door; we come through it.
The week, priced
Estate weeks anchor on the published Stay Chef rate — from $950 a day plus groceries at cost with receipts. Hosted evenings add staffing on the published hourly lines. No weekly discount is published; the written quote is the total.
For estate managers
We carry the paperwork your gate requires and bill cleanly to household accounts. Recurring estate clients get a standing crew and a documented kitchen protocol.
Questions, answered
We staff the kitchen side — chef, sous chef, servers on published lines. Butler and front-of-house coordination is available through the staffing service and quoted per engagement.
