Against the resort alternative
Resort circuits on this coast run F&B minimums of $7,500–$15,000 per event plus 23–25% service. Four catered events at a resort can carry $30,000–$60,000 in minimums before a single staffing hour. The villa wedding week undercuts that structure, not by discounting — by not having minimums at all.
Booking the week
Wedding weeks in the December–April window and around October’s Ironman compress first. Six-plus weeks of lead is the floor; peak dates want three months. The 50% deposit locks all five dates at once.
