Weddings
The rehearsal dinner.
The rehearsal dinner is the private-chef lane of the wedding week: thirty people at a villa, one long table, no venue minimum in sight.
Format and spec
Twenty to forty guests, plated or family-style, one server per ten to twelve on the published hourly lines. From $150 a guest; the CORE band covers the standard menu and Premium is there if the night before deserves the full register.
How it fits the week
The rehearsal dinner is usually the second event of the wedding-week ledger — after the welcome dinner, before the reception. Booked alone it stands fine; booked in the week it shares crew, deposit, and quote.
Questions, answered
Yes — the format plans for them. Toasts run between courses; we time service to the program, not the other way around.
