What the package includes
The cart, ice, glassware, mixers, and a bartender for four hours. Wine and spirits are billed at cost with receipts or supplied by you — the quote states which. Extended hours run on the published staffing lines.

Liquor rules in Hawaiʻi are county-level, and what a private chef may pour at a private event has real boundaries. We operate inside them and tell you exactly where they are — if a format requires a licensed caterer’s permit, the quote says so.
