How it runs
You send the manifest, dietary flags, and departure time; we quote in writing, cook to order, and deliver through your FBO. Lead time is stated honestly in the quote — same-day is possible for simple orders, coursed menus want 48 hours.
Provisioning
Beyond departure meals: galley stocking, Kona coffee by the pound, and island-sourced provisions for the destination. Groceries at cost, receipts on request, one invoice.
Questions, answered
Kona International (KOA) is the base; Hilo (ITO) deliveries are quoted with the Saddle drive included. Waimea-Kohala (MUE) serves the resort corridor directly.
