What a server changes
Plates land hot and together, wine stays poured, courses clear silently, and the host never leaves the table. For dinners above six guests we recommend the line; above ten it is effectively required.
Booking
Servers book alone or beside our food service. East-side events carry the travel line in writing; the four-hour floor applies everywhere.
