Dietary service, taken seriously.
Eleven dietary flags, one kitchen, separate prep for allergens. Dietary service is not an apology menu here — the east side has cooked whole-food, plant-forward, and gluten-free for decades, and so do we.
The flags
Vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free, shellfish-free, keto, paleo, low-FODMAP, halal-conscious, and celiac protocol. Flags are set at booking, repeated in the written quote, and labeled on the plate at mixed tables.
Allergen discipline
Celiac and anaphylactic protocols get separate prep surfaces, separate oil, and a stated chain from shopping bag to plate. If a kitchen cannot support a protocol safely, we say so before taking the booking.
Questions, answered
No dietary surcharge exists on the card. If a protocol changes grocery cost materially, the written quote shows it — at cost, with receipts.
