The corridor
From Volcano Village down through Puna’s retreat centers, programs run three to seven days with every meal on-site. We cater them on protocol-labeled menus — plant-forward, raw, cleansing, gluten-free — with the east side’s whole-food fluency.
Logistics in the quote
The Saddle drive is 2.5–3 hours — for multi-day programs, chef-in-residence arrangements from $950 a day plus groceries at cost almost always price better and cook better. The quote shows both structures so you can choose with numbers.

Often, yes — we audit power, water, and kitchen specs before quoting and bring what the site lacks. Where a site genuinely cannot support safe service, we say so.
